Policies & Procedures
Booking Fee - All treatments require a non-refundable booking fee, at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.
Please note, this fee is used towards purchasing the items required for your treatment or Prescription item, therefore cannot be used on another client.
In some extreme cases, the appointment can be moved to another day or time within 4 weeks of the original date.
If the security fee is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
If the Security deposit is paid but you do not attend your appointment, you will be required to pay the balance to avoid loss of earnings to the clinic.
Late Arrival - please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are not on time for your appointment you may still be charged but the treatment will not be able to go ahead, due to reduced treatment time or causing other clients appointments to run behind.
Refund policy - Due to a strict Insurance Policy, if you have any disatisfaction with your treatment, we cannot issue a refund.
Instead, your details will be passed on (with your consent) to our insurance company & Legal advisors.
Concerns & contact - Following your treatment, you will be provided with full comfort of a 24/7 contact number to express any concerns that you may have. Please ensure that any initial concerns are expressed within 14 days of treatment. If you have been treated by another practitioner since your treatment with Reenu Aesthetics, we will not be able to assist you.
